Overview 
Two people are dead following an officer-involved incident in Culpeper County.
On Tuesday night, deputies with the Culpeper County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported breaking and entering and/or domestic incident on Gray Street in the town of Norman.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they were confronted by a man wielding a firearm. The sheriff's office says a deputy used deadly force during the encounter.
Since the deputy used deadly force, Sheriff Scott Jenkins has called the Virginia State Police to investigate.
