Overview 
The Richmond County Sheriff's Office has released information surrounding an officer involved shooting on Blueberry Circle.Tyler was totally incapacitated and instead of being tasered was gunned down at close range. At no time did he state he was going to kill an officer. He had a mental health issue and was in distress. I'm his mom. I was there.
