Overview

Stephanie Hernandez (w/f, 07/28/1993) was arrested following a traffic stop and short pursuit. She was a passenger in the vehicle and was originally arrested for Public Intoxication. After checking her for warrants it was determined that she had an outstanding warrant for a Probabtion Violation out of Bexar County. She was then booked in and processed for only the warrant. She was belligerent with arresting officer when she first came into the jail, but eventually calmed down by the time she was processed into AFIS and confined in a cell. She was placed in a cell with other females. During the night, according to another inmate, Hernandez had a couple of seizures. The other inmates did not report the seizures until they thought she might be deceased. Her boyfriend who was arrested with her stated that she had a history of seizures.
