Overview 
On October 15, 2010, Ms. Sandra Oliver was arrested by Harris County Constables Office Pct. 4 for the offense of Trespassing - Building. She was booked into the Harris County Jail on the same date at 7:50AM. On October 17, 2010 at approximately 2:24AM, Inmate Oliver was transported to St. Joseph Medical Center by the Houston Fire Department. Inmate Oliver was pronounced deceased at 3:05AM by Doctor Stepnik at the St. Joseph Medical Center. At 7:00AM, Inmate Olivers body was escorted to St. Joseph Medical Center - hospital morgue where custody of body was turned over to hospital personnel.
