North Little Rock Police say a man who was shot in an officer-involved shooting on May 28 died on June 1.
According to a news release sent Sunday morning by North Little Rock Police, Ruben Smith III was shot on the 4600 block of E. Broadway on May 28.
North Little Rock Police say the investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when it becomes available.
