Overview 
Deceased possibily had a seizure while in custody. The Dallas District Attorney's prosecution was pending because the Defendant had been found mentally incompetent to stand trial. The Dallas County Medical Examiner Dr. Quinton stated that the death was not suspicious, that Dr. Quinton was leaning towards natural causes for cause of death. Dr. Quinton's preliminary opinion was that the death was caused by seizure disorder.
