On Saturday, police said via social media that Oddis Bernard Colvin Jr., 33, ohot and killed Friday as he was allegedly fleeing the robbery of a Wells Fargo Bank on Reisterstown Road. Colvin was killed when an officer fired through the windshield of the car he was driving. The car crashed into other vehicles on Ruxton Road near Falls Road in Brooklandville. Police also took into custody a second man, who sustained injuries not considered life-threatening. He has not been identified except through a nickname, "The Aviator," that the FBI gave him, referencing the style of sunglasses he allegedly wore in other bank robberies.
