Overview 
Police Commissioner James O’Neill said there was no doubt the paroled gunman targeted the 12-year NYPD veteran for execution at E. 183rd St. and Creston Ave.
“Miosotis Familia has been assassinated in an unprovoked attack on cops assigned to keep New Yorkers safe,” the commissioner said via Twitter. “Keep her family in your prayers.”
Video showed Bonds walking “with purpose” toward an unsuspecting Familia, the mother of three kids, as she sat inside a mobile command center — an RV-sized truck.
