Overview 
Family, friends and total strangers gathered outside Chacho's and Chalucci's Friday to rally and remember 23-year-old Marquise Jones.
"It feels good that people care. It's not just us, other people that don't even know Marquise," said Jones' aunt, Debbie Bush.
Jones was shot and killed in February. The medical examiner released his autopsy and ruled his death a homicide.
However, the word homicide does not mean there was criminal activity. It's just a manner of death.
"I just wish he was here with me. Nothing is the same without him," said Jones' sister, Whitney.
According to police, Jones, his sister Whitney and their friends were at the drive-through window when they were involved in a minor accident.
Six-year veteran police Officer Robert Encina was off-duty but in uniform and working security when he approached their vehicle.
