Overview

On Feb. 1, Detective Jacob Pfeffer and Officer Matt Norris were involved in a chase and shooting that killed 25-year-old Kevin Dejon Grissett of Fayetteville. Police said Grissett lunged at Pfeffer after striking both his car and Norris' patrol car.
