Overview

Miami police on Tuesday released the names of both a man who was shot and killed by an officer and the officer who shot him last week. Police said Kendar del Rosario, 37, was shot and killed by Officer Juan Herrera, an 11-year veteran, Thursday after the officer spotted a bloody woman on a Little Havana street.
