Overview 
According to police, 30 year-old Kevin Goldston, was killed when he tried to back over a plainclothes narcotics officer who was approaching to arrest him Monday afternoon and was fatally shot by a second officer.
Goldston's town of residence was not reported. Goldston was the 20th civilian fatally shot by Fort Worth officers in five years, according to numbers compiled by the Star-Telegram.
Legal Action
On December 16, 2015, it was announced that the officer in this case would not face charges.
