Overview 
A robbery suspect was shot and killed by a deputy after fighting with another deputy and firing their duty weapon, the Yuba County Sheriff’s Department said Wednesday.
Jahmal Derrick Stewart, 45, was shot and killed Monday after he reportedly robbed a man in his 70s, the Sheriff’s Department said.
