Overview 
India Kager, 28, a Navy veteran and Angelo Delano Perry, 35, were people fatally shot by Virginia Beach police after they say one fired a gun at officers. Police say the officers had received information about a person of interest in a homicide. As they approached a vehicle outside the store, someone inside fired at them. The officers returned fire, killing both of them. An infant inside the vehicle wasn't injured. The infant was placed in the care of Child Protective Services.
