Overview 
Graciela Godinez was killed in a crash with an intoxicated one way driver. Police initally claimed police arrived after the crash but then changed the account, saying they were flashing emergency lights and pointing spotlights into his pickup to alert him over a two mile distance on US 101 near King City CA in 2000.
