Overview 
According to Amarillo police, an autopsy was scheduled Monday on 33-year-old German Mata.
Lt. Erick Bohannon said officers early Sunday responded to a 911 call about a neighborhood man causing some problems. Bohannon said the man pulled a pistol out of his waistband and pointed it at officers.
Police later determined Mata had displayed a replica of a pistol.
