Overview 
Police chased a 20-year-old suspect and his 14-year-old passenger in a stolen car at a high rate of speed through city streets for several blocks, which took about 35 seconds. The suspect barrelled through a busy intersection and struck the vehicle of married couple Ricardo Barney and Darlene Barney, killing them both.
