Overview 
The York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office said 26-year-old Damien Harrell of Newport News was killed Wednesday by a deputy after Harrell pulled a gun on the deputy. At a late morning news conference, authorities said the body cam video shows the officer firing six times. The deputy fired six times during the incident which started during an accident investigation.
