Overview 
Relatives of 50-year-old Celestine Allen told FOX40 she was found dead inside her cell on Wednesday, August 19, but they were not told until early the following morning. Allen was booked for assault with a deadly weapon, Deputy Dave Konecny said. The following day, Allen was found unresponsive in her cell during the evening inmate checks. Konecny said the custody officers attempted lifesaving measures but were unable to save her.
