Overview 
Annjanette Senter, 44, and Stephaun Dotson, 21, died when a driver fleeing police ran a red light in Shively earlier this week. It resulted in a collision with two vehicles.
A baby was seriously injured.
The crash happened in the area of Dixie Highway and Crums Lane on Monday.
Senter is Dotson's mother.
