Overview 
Alazae Jeffrey, 19, of Elk Grove, was tragically killed, a victim of a high-speed chase on Monday, June 1, on Interstate 80 in Vacaville. The driver of the vehicle, Tayshawn Larun Clayton , 21, was charged with two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter, evading police resulting in serious bodily injury or death, and drug-related DUI resulting in bodily injury.
