Fuller was taken into custody on an outstanding Class C warrant on 5/19/09 at 0340hrs. At the time of her booking, she did not complain of any illnesses but did have one bottle of psych meds in her name and a bottle of blood pressure meds that were in her mothers name. Fuller was given her psych meds and seemed to be very normal during her stay in a female jail cell she was sharing with another female. On the morning of 5/21/09, at approximetly 0615 hrs. when Fuller was fed breakfest, she complained of being hot and not feeling well. Starting at approximately 0630 hrs, Fuller asked to be taken to the hospital. Fuller was transported to the Angleton Danbury Medical Center by Angleton EMS. Fuller was very un-cooperative and was not allowing the medical staff to attend to her. Fuller was at the hospital emergency room for appximately 40 minutes before she fell unconcious at approximately 0810 hrs. . The medical staff worked until 1230 hrs. trying to revive Fuller but were not able to. The Galveston County Medical Examiner's office could not give a preliminary cause of death and stated they would make a determination after viewing the toxicology results that would take approximately 4-6 weeks.
