Overview 
Offender Gilbert was in her assigned cell when she reported having an asthma attack. Security called medical when Security returned to Offender's cell she was observed lying on the floor. Offender did not respond. Medical assistance was requested and life saving measures were initiated including the use of the automatic external defibrillator. Offender Gilbert was transported to Falls Community Hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
