Overview 
Offender Samantha Romar experienced an unknown medical emergency in her assigned housing. Mecidal staff responded to Offender's location. While being transported via gury to the unit infirmary, offender stopped breathing and required CPR. Liberty County Emergency Medical Services responded and transported Offendar Romar to Liberty-Dayton Community Hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
