Overview 
On 04-28-08 at approximately 10:25am Corrections Officers attempted to wake Inmate and take her to see Financial Officers. Inmate was lying on top bunk. Inmate would not respond. Nursing staff was immediately summoned to the cell. Inmate was removed from bunk to floor and CPR was iniated after finding no pulse. Mansfield Fire Department EMS was called. A faint pulse was found after approximately 3-cycles of CPR. Paramedics arrived and took over CPR and transported inmate to the hospital. We were notified inmate had passed away at the hospital at 11:10am. (Tarrant County Medical Examiner Case Number: 0805051)
