Overview 
On 10-25-2013 at 1709, inmate Ibarra who was housed in M-08 was found with the telephone cord wrapped around her neck, unresponsive. Inmate Ibarra was taken down and evaluated by medical staff and CPR was immediately started as well as EMS being notified. CPR was continued and EMS arrived shortly thereafter and administered aid. Inmate Ibarra was transported to the Guadalupe Regional Medical Center and was pronounced deceased at around 1800 hours.
