Overview 
On June 26, 2013 Inmate Linda Frazier was found unresponsive lying on the floor of her cell at approximately 1515 hours. The nursing staff was summoned and it was discovered inmate Fraziers pulse was low. Ammonia inhalant was administered in an effort to get inmate Frazier to respond, however there was no response. A Code One Blue Medical Emergency was announced and Medical staff began life saving efforts on inmate Frazier. EMS arrived in the Infirmary at 1539 hours. EMS took over life saving measures on inmate Frazier to no avail. Time of Death was pronounced at 1610 by Dr. Manifold.
