Overview 
40-year-old Jason Day was shot and killed by an officer Monday evening in Lawton, OK. Police reports show day was walking on Southwest Sheridan, waving a handgun at passing drivers. After a brief confrontation with police, an officer shot Day, and he died at Comanche County Memorial Hospital. Brown says officers were able to recover the weapon.
