Overview 
On November 10, 2015, Offender Bigbear was discovered hanging in his assigned cell at the unit. Security staff cut Offender Bigbear from the sheet and initiated life saving measures along with the medical staff. EMS responded, continued the life saving measures and transported Offender Bigbear to the hospital, where he was pronounced deceased by medical staff.
