Overview 
Inmate requested to go to the Clinic to receive a breathing treatment. She had used an inhaler without any relief. She was being taken to the Complex Clinic by wheelchair and continued to have breathing problems. She had to be placed on the ground just prior to entry into the clinic because of her breathing problems. Medical staff came out and assessed the inmate and she was taken into the clinic for further treatment. Inmate had pulse and shallow breating, AED applied but no treatmnet was recommended. EMS arrived and took over treatment. Inmate was pronounced deceased at 1656 hrs by EMS Dr. Brown Autopsy by Medical Examiner is pending to determine cause of death.
