Overview 
Offender Rogers became ill while assigned to the Plane State Jail. On 3/7/05 she reported to the unit infirmary. After being evaluted by unit medical staff, Rogers was transported by ambulance to Liberty/Dayton Hospital where Docotr Khine Kway attended her. Rogers' condition deteriorated and at 2:40 pm Rogers was pronounced dead by Dr. Kway due to acute respiratory failure.
