Description of changes:
A special grand jury in Hampton opted not to indict two white police officers who shot and killed an unarmed black woman last July.
The decision follows a two month review of evidence and witness testimony in the death of Andrea Nicole Reedy.
According to Hampton Commonwealth's Attorney Linda Curtis, the grand jury's decision not to indict "ends this offices' involvement in this matter."
The FBI is still conducting a seperate civil rights investigation.

November 2001 The special grand jury, made up of four black and four white members, interviewed several witnesses to the shooting and reviewed videotapes taken from the officers' cruisers."
